Practicum Student Counsellor
Kasia works by integrating approaches, tools, and practices rooted in a variety of healing modalities. She has studied psychology alongside cultural studies and is now in the final phase of a master’s in the counselling psychology program at Yorkville University. Her work is as shaped by her training as her unique life experiences, which have led her to a profound self-exploration and interpersonal awareness.
Her approach is compassionate, authentic, and relational. Always beginning by building a safe and supportive environment, she works in a way that is intuitive and respectful of the other person’s needs. In her therapeutic framework, she pulls from several different modalities, among them Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and various tools and practices promoting individual strengths, growth, and wellbeing.
