Outdoor walk and talk sessions are suitable for individuals experiencing milder levels of emotional distress and are able to self-regulate successfully on their own.  For individuals experiencing more severe levels of emotional distress, including anxiety, we recommend in-office or virtual appointments for the time being.

We have 3 options available: 

Walk & Talk
Sitting Outside
Your Backyard

This involves going on a walk with your counsellor on a trail or low-intensity hiking trail. Prior approval from your physician and signing a waiver is necessary for this option.

This option involves sitting on a bench outside, face-to-face with your counsellor. 

This option involves a session from the comfort our your own backyard.
