What is Trauma?

If you have experienced trauma, you may be experiencing symptoms of depression and anxiety.  You may also also be experiencing unsettling flashbacks, poor sleep, and fatigue. It can make life a challenge to cope, and trauma endured can be overwhelming. We may also struggle managing work and tending to our relationships. With over 20 counsellors and therapists, we have provided specialized Trauma & PTSD Counselling all over the lower mainland for over 800 motor vehicle accident (MVA) survivors, in addition to other non car accident related trauma.

You may also be eligible through Work Safe, the Residential Historical Abuse Program, the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) or Crime Victim’s Assistance Program (CVAP)
